Fees and Rebates

Joanne is a fully registered Psychologist, so you will be eligible for full Medicare rebates and any extras rebates you have on Private Health Insurance.

Joanne is also well-experienced and registered for Worksafe, TAC, Victims of Crime and Veterans Affairs. All sessions and groups are funded for people by these organisations and are fully subsidised. 

Cancellation Policy

More than 24 hours notice: no charge.

Less than 24 hours notice: half fee charge. 

Less than 12 hours notice/no notice: full fee charge.

Postponements for good reasons: no charge.
